What the heartbeat establishes
The heartbeat is authenticated by the bridge authority and records a wallet balance and deposit queue at a stated time. It is an operator report, not an independent reserve proof.
Pearl transactions have public outputs. Verify a withdrawal's transaction ID, destination, amount, and confirmations using your own synchronized pearld node with prlctl getrawtransaction TXID 1.
Reserve snapshots are reported by the bridge operator. Full reserve verification must also account for outstanding withdrawal obligations.
